We have a beautiful collection of Lao traditional antique textiles from all over the country. Our collection is comprised of more than 400 original pieces. Every piece is individual and totally handmade. The textiles are for the most part all natural silk with some pieces in a silk cotton mix. The yarns are nearly all coloured from natural dyes. The origin of the designs reflects the life of the native Lao villagers and every piece tells a story. The pieces are all woven by hand using traditional wooden looms and each piece is a rare work of art.
